Thank you for your interest in registering your child/children for enrollment at “Incomparable” Camp Ozark. By completing the following “Application for Enrollment” form, and by using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) to pay the required registration fee and deposit, you may apply to enroll one or more campers for one or more of our summer sessions.

Once your “Application for Enrollment” has been reviewed by the Camp Ozark office, you will be contacted in writing to confirm your enrollment.

Please note the following:

• Tuition for all sessions includes a $225.00 deposit/registration fee per session.
• Only the deposit and registration fee can be paid and processed online. The balance of your Camp Ozark tuition is payable by check or money order.
• Your deposit (typically $200) is refundable until February 1st of the year for which you are applying. The registration fee (typically $25) is non-refundable.
• Your online application cannot be processed without accompanying payment of the deposit and registration fee. Camp Ozark accepts Visa or MasterCard.
• Waitlists - Waitlists are common for most of our sessions (if you would like information regarding session waitlists status, please contact the Camp Ozark office at 870-867-4131). You may register your camper(s) for sessions which currently have waitlists, in which case you will be contacted when/if spots become available. Because your “1st Choice” may be a session which has a waitlist, we encourage (but do not require) you to select an alternative “2nd Choice” (or even a “3rd Choice”) to attend in case your “1st Choice” session does not become available. Your camper(s) will be immediately enrolled in the open session with the highest preference, although you may remain on one or more waitlists.

• You MUST have browser cookies enabled to complete the online "Application for Enrollment".
• The online Registration Form is designed to allow parents, grandparents, legal guardians and other sponsors (“intended users”) to enroll their children/grandchildren at Camp Ozark. This form should not be used by camp-aged children or other minors unless it is with the consent and under the supervision of a parent/grandparent/legal guardian/sponsor.
